The ONLY landing we'll have in 2025 of these intergalactic shellfish. With populations on the bounce around the South of Wales, the vast, vast majority of them are exported straight off the harbour. Each one is over 2kg with tails twice as wide as our Native Lobsters. The meat is sweeter than almost any you'll taste in any animal from land or sea - making them a delicacy worth trying once in your life.
