Very little needs to be said about these incredible shellfish. Collected between 8m-25m below sea level, every one is collected by hand. Once on land, they are shucked perfectly, ready to go straight into the pan. Landed by Ahab and Joe on the Hollie Rose, diving out of Brixham in Devon.
